All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Return policy

Thank you for shopping at LEGNER! As a Norwegian-based store, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order (except for customized items, which are non-returnable). Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return process.

You can initiate a return by emailing contact@legner.studio with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and optionally the reason for return. Once your request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

A return fee be deducted from your refund. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. Your refund will then be issued to your original payment method. Remember to keep your proof of postage and any tracking details, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach our warehouse.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that appear used, damaged, or missing any original tags or packaging may be ineligible for a refund or subject to additional fees.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or variant, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order.

Uncollected packages

If a package is returned to us because it was uncollected or not picked up in time, we will treat it as a standard return. In this case, the return fee and any additional handling costs will be deducted from your refund.

Claims

All LEGNER pieces are thoroughly quality-checked before being shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at contact@legner.studio. Please note that claims can only be accepted if the item has not been misused and if the defect is not caused by your own handling.

If your item presents a manufacturing fault within 24 months of purchase, please reach out to us immediately. We encourage repair whenever possible, and if you choose to arrange the repair yourself, we are happy to offer a partial refund or discount to support this solution.
